This healthy smoothie has become a family favorite especially with my kids. My son comes home and begs for his spinach smoothie, as he calls it. If you have a hard time getting your kids to eat your veggies, give this healthy green smoothie recipe for kids a try. It is exceptional in the mornings to help kick start your day, and is a regular treat in our household for the whole family.

1 cup Kale

1 cup spinach
